How to use this page

Add future experimental images to the gallery/ folder and either keep the same filenames or edit the page later. This page now includes SEM images, optical micrographs, chip/device views, crystal-growth visuals, and an optical-setup schematic.

Caption format

Each figure card supports a short title-like first sentence followed by one or two more descriptive lines. Use the captions to explain what the image shows, why it matters experimentally, and any key conditions or device context.

**01. Vapor-phase crystal growth apparatus.** Piston-displacement tube-furnace layout used for DBT-doped anthracene crystal growth, separating the hot, cold, and collection zones. This image highlights the growth geometry behind the thin-crystal synthesis workflow used for nanophotonic integration.

**02. Optical inspection of patterned circular devices.** Bright-field microscope view of repeated circular photonic structures across a chip region. This type of image is useful for checking lithographic yield, placement uniformity, and obvious process defects before higher-resolution SEM inspection.

**03. SEM image of bullseye cavity array.** Scanning electron microscope view of radial bullseye cavities with labeled dose/condition information and a 10 µm scale bar. The ring uniformity and center features are the key checks for whether the fabricated geometry matches the intended photonic design.

**04. Optical image of a contacted nanophotonic chip.** Microscope image showing metal pads and a patterned photonic/electrical test region on a chip. The interference colors and large-area patterning make this useful for documenting process coverage, alignment, and device-level layout.

**05. SEM survey of vapor-grown anthracene crystals.** Low-magnification SEM survey showing many faceted crystal platelets over a large field of view. Images like this help assess crystal size distribution, density, morphology, and whether growth conditions produce integration-ready flakes.

**06. High-magnification SEM of a patterned bullseye device.** Close SEM view of a bullseye cavity after processing, showing rings, surrounding features, and contamination/roughness that can affect optical performance. This is the diagnostic scale where fabrication fidelity becomes directly connected to simulated cavity metrics.

**07. Optical micrograph of a bullseye device array.** Large-area optical image of a fabricated array of bullseye-style devices with a 20 µm scale bar. This view is useful for fast screening of chip-level pattern transfer before selecting individual devices for SEM or optical testing.

**08. Crystal positioned on a photonic circuit.** Optical microscope image of a faceted anthracene crystal placed over a photonic test structure. This documents the hybrid integration step where molecular crystals are physically positioned onto nanophotonic devices.

**09. Optical layout for polarization and signal routing.** Schematic of an optical setup with mirrors, waveplates, polarizing beamsplitters, fiber coupling, a liquid-crystal variable retarder, and photodiode readout. This captures the type of polarization-control and routing infrastructure used around quantum-emitter measurements.
